To manage orders and the logistics and administrative processes efficiently, Omexco currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Export & Internal Sales Specialist.

Het Export & Internal Sales Team staat in voor het verwerken en opvolgen van alle bestellingen. Samen met jouw team van vier collega’s sta je in nauw contact met de sales van Omexco, maar ook met de distributeurs wereldwijd en af en toe ook met de eindklant.

• Je verwerkt bestellingen voor jouw klantenportefeuille en dit vooral via mail. Af en toe sta je je klanten ook via de telefoon te woord. Je houdt hierbij het ERP-systeem nauwkeurig bij en staat voortdurend in contact met het magazijn.
• Je behandelt speciale aanvragen van klanten/distributeurs en maakt de facturen op. Het contact met transportbedrijven voor verzending van de bestellingen, is ook een van jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
• Prijsaanvragen en staalaanvragen komen jouw richting uit en je verzekert een goede service.
• Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van de status van hun bestelling en eventuele klachten kan je op een professionele en correcte manier beantwoorden.

The Export & Internal Sales Team is responsible for processing and following up on all incoming orders. Together with your team of four colleagues, you will be in close contact with Omexco's sales team, as well as with distributors worldwide and occasionally with end customers.

• You process orders for your customer portfolio mainly via email. Occasionally, you also communicate with customers over the phone. You accurately maintain the ERP system and constantly liaise with the warehouse.
• You handle special requests from customers/distributors and generate invoices. Contacting transport companies for order shipments is also one of your responsibilities.
• Price inquiries and sample requests come to you, and you ensure good customer service.
• You keep customers informed about the status of their orders and you professionally and accurately respond to complaints.

• Je hebt administratieve ervaring in een klantgerichte omgeving en wil graag met een leuk product werken waar je trots op mag zijn.
• Een internationale klantenkring spreekt jou aan.
• Jouw talenknobbel zit in de kennis van het Engels. Daarnaast heb je een goede kennis van ofwel het Duits ofwel het Frans. Gezien het meeste van jouw werk via mail/ERP verloopt, geef je blijk van een sterke schrijfvaardigheid.
• Je bent klantgericht en houdt ervan om de processen in goede banen te leiden zodat klanten optimaal beleverd worden. Naast het opvolgen van de meer standaardbestellingen, hou je ervan om een klankbord te zijn voor sales/distributeurs wanneer ze meer specifieke noden of vragen hebben bij een project. Je denkt mee met hen om praktische oplossingen te vinden omtrent bijvoorbeeld het gebruik/verbruik van materialen in een project.
• Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en kunt efficiënt werken met verschillende ERP-programma's.
• Collegialiteit staat centraal bij Omexco en jij vindt het dus ook belangrijk om een goede wisselwerking te hebben met je collega's.

• You have administrative experience in a customer-oriented environment and are eager to work with a product you can be proud of.
• An international customer portfolio attracts you.
• You have language proficiency in English, and also have good knowledge of either German or French. Since most of your work will be via email/ERP, you demonstrate strong writing skills.
• You are customer-oriented and enjoy managing processes to ensure optimal service & delivery to customers. In addition to handle standard orders, you like to act as a sounding board for sales/distributors when they have more specific needs or questions about a project. You think along with them to find practical solutions regarding, for example, the use and application of materials in a project.
• You are familiar with MS Office and can work efficiently with different ERP programs.
